O Alpiste, também conhecido como Phalaris canariensis pertence a família Poaceae e gênero Phalaris. Apresentam folhas longas e finas, são herbáceas silvestres e suas hastes são ocas. Geralmente o que mais se utiliza são as sementes, porém também pode-se utilizar os frutos.
Devido ao seu alto valor proteico e dos seus aminoácidos que podem circular seguros e indestrutíveis pelo organismo, houve grande interesse da Universidade Nacional do México, passando por uma profunda pesquisa científica em busca de compreender os beneficiosos do alpiste atrelados ao organismo humano.
A pesquisa revelou que o alpiste possui a capacidade de recarregar e curar o organismo humano.
Também foi descoberto que um copo do leite de enzimas de alpiste possui mais proteínas do que dois ou três quilos de carne.
Segundo a Universidade, as enzimas do leite de alpiste são capazes de desinflamar nossos órgãos, em especial o fígado – que é considerado, por muitos, o órgão mais importante do corpo humano –, os rins e o pâncreas.
Devido à capacidade de aumentar os hepatócitos (“células encontradas no fígado capazes de sintetizar proteínas, usadas tanto para exportação como para sua própria manutenção, por isso torna-se uma das células mais versáteis do organismo.”), as enzimas do leite de alpiste são capazes de acabar com a diabetes em semanas, curar a cirrose e o fígado.
O excesso de líquidos do corpo são eliminados pelos rins ao serem recarregados com as enzimas do alpiste, passando por uma saudável diurese.
Esse leite também reduz a hipertensão e, por possuir a enzima lipase – que dissolve rapidamente depósitos de gordura das veias e artérias – é um grande remédio contra a obesidade e restaurador da tonicidade muscular. Também reduz altas taxas de colesterol e previne o afunilamento das artérias.
Por ser diurético, funciona nos casos de cistite, ácido úrico elevado, gota, hipertensão arterial, edemas, sobrepeso acompanhado por retenção de líquidos, gastrite, úlcera estomacal. Também reduz problemas relacionados a urina, pedra nos rins e bexiga.
Por ser emoliente, relaxa e abranda as partes inflamadas, além de refrescante se utilizado externamente em eczemas.
O consumo regular do leite do alpiste é uma “injeção” natural à saúde, e uma forte vacina contra quaisquer enfermidades que ocorra por altos índices de acidez no sangue.
Modo de preparo do leite
Existem algumas variações da preparação do leite de alpiste, a que eu sigo e que estarei repassando foi recomendada pela médica nutróloga, Alice Amaral, o qual venho fazendo uso e beneficiando de suas propriedades.
O alpiste possui pequenos “pelinhos” chamados de sílica, que são maléficos para a nossa saúde, podendo causar irritações nas mucosas, por isso é importante deixar de molho no mínimo 8h com algumas gotas de limão, alcalinizando os grãos para que a sílica seja removida.
Preparação
Primeiro, coloque 1 colher de sopa de alpiste em uma caneca/copo, pingue algumas gotas de limão, cubra com água, misture e deixe na geladeira descansando por 8h. Depois, utilizando um coador, enxágue a água e lave bem os grãos. Coloque os grãos em um liquidificador e acrescente 300ml de água, deixe bater de 1 a 3 minutos – até que a água fique esbranquiçada. Use um coador de pano para coar os grãos triturados e beba o leite. Para ficar mais fácil, use um coador normal para retirar o excesso e em seguida um coador de pano para filtrar por completo quaisquer resíduos.
Como opcionais, pode ser acrescentado algumas gostas de limão, para potencializar o leite, pois o limão possui essa característica com os alimentos, e também utilizar um pouco de canela.
*NOVO (27/8/2017): Você poderá fazer 1 litro do leite para consumir durante o dia. Para isso utilize 5 colheres de sopa de alpiste para 1 litro de água. Recomendo deixar de molho antes de dormir e quando acordar fazer o preparo do leite, podendo ser utilizado o dia todo, basta manter o leite refrigerado.
